Fig and Vetiver
1. Trim the Wick: Before lighting the candle, trim the wood wick to about 1/4 inch in length. This will help the candle burn properly and prevent excessive smoking.
2. Lighting the Wick: Light the wood wick at the base of the wick with a match or lighter. Make sure the wick is fully lit before letting go of the match or lighter.
3. Allow the candle to burn for at least 1-2 hours during the first burn to create a full melt pool of wax. This will help prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn for future uses.
